Only one round of alterations will be offered in case of failure to follow the brief correctly from our end. Buyers would need to connect with us via whatsapp first in order to avail this service. Alterations will only be offered if we are contacted within 10 working days of receiving the garment.

The cost of shipping back to us shall be borne by the buyer.

Alterations can take up to 14 working days (return shipping time additional).

Slubs are thread accumalations in the process of weaving. These are to be celebrated as a natural attribute of fabrics in the silk family.

We strongly recommend our garments be used with gentle care in order to make them last longer.

Kindly choose the correct sizing as stretching/pulling can cause irrepairable damage.
