• Above are body measurements in inches

• Please choose different sizes for top and bottom if required. Example - top large pants: extra large

• Help us customize by choosing a size and mentioning any specific measurement. Example: size medium with waist 32" instead of standard 30"

• Most garments come with margin upto 3"

• Products take 2-4 weeks (excluding sundays/holidays) for production/shipping unless mentioned otherwise

• Fabrics are hand-dyed. Mild tonal differences may occur at times.

• We have tried our best to maintain the accuracy of colors digitally, however, marginal tonal variations may occur.

• Embroideries will be maintained at standard proportions unless requests are made for customisation.

• Embroidery modifications may be chargeable depending on the request.

• Product made in India, by hand, with love.

• Products are made to order

• Only one round of alterations will be offered in case of failure to follow the brief correctly from our end. Buyers would need to connect with us via whatsapp first in order to avail this service. Alterations will only be offered if we are contacted within 10 working days of receiving the garment. 

• The cost of shipping back to us shall be borne by the buyer.

• Alterations can take up to 14 working days (return shipping time additional).

• No Return/Refund/Credit Notes are offered

• All our fabrics are of premium/genuine quality.

• Woven fabrics can come with some natural slubs.

• Slubs are thread accumalations in the process of weaving. These are to be celebrated as a natural attribute of fabrics in the silk family.

• We strongly recommend our garments be used with gentle care in order to make them last longer.

• Kindly choose the correct sizing as stretching/pulling can cause irrepairable damage.
